4 C. partially cooked fresh cauliflower OR:
(2 pkgs. (10 oz. ea.) frozen cauliflower, thawed and well drained)
1 1/4 cups chopped fully cooked smoked ham
1 can (11 oz.) condensed cheddar cheese soup
1/4 c. milk
2/3 c. Bisquick baking mix
2 T. firm margarine or butter
2 T. shredded cheddar cheese
1/2 t. ground nutmeg

Heat oven to 400º
ARRANGE cauliflower in ungreased rectangular baking dish; 11x 7x1 1/2"; sprinkle with ham.

BEAT soup and milk with hand beater until smooth;
pour over ham. Mix remaining ingredients until crumbly; sprinkle over soup mixture. Sprinkle with paprika if desired.

PREP: 10 Min. BAKE until topping is golden brown, 20-25 min.
