1 c. bisquick, 2 tbsp. butter, 1 egg yolk, sherry or white wine, 1 pkg cream cheese, 1 egg yolk, grated Parmesan or cheddar cheese, chopped ham.

Directions:
Directions:
Make a dough with the bisquick, butter and 1 egg yolk. Mix sherry or wine to get the dough the right consistency. Make the filling by mixing the cream cheese, egg yolk, grated cheese and ham to taste. Roll out the dough and cut 2 inch circles. Place filling in center and fold over the dough. Press edges together with a tine of a fork. Bake in 350º oven until brown.
