2 c sugar
1 c margarine, softened
3 eggs
1 tsp baking powder
1 tsp salt
1 tsp vanilla
1 tsp orange extract
3 1/2 c flour
1/2 c flaked coconut
Directions:
Directions:
Heat oven to 350º. In large bowl, combine sugar, butter, eggs, baking powder, salt, vanilla and orange extract. Stir in flour and coconut and drop rounded teaspoonfuls of dough 2 inches apart onto greased cookie sheets. Bake for 8-12 minutes, or until edges are lightly browned. Remove immediately.
