2 c flour
3/4 c packed brown sugar
1/2 c flaked coconut
3/4 c margarine, softened
1 egg
1 tsp baking powder
1/2 tsp salt
2 tsp vanilla
1/2 c chopped maraschino cherries, drained
2 tbsp flour
1 c butterscotch chips
Powdered sugar for sprinkling

Directions:
Directions:
Heat oven to 375º. In large bowl, combine 2 c flour, brown sugar, coconut, margarine, egg, baking powder, salt and vanilla. Beat on low speed, scraping bowl often, until well mixed. In a small bowl, toss together drained maraschino cherries and 2 tbsp flour, add to above mixture and add butterscotch chips. Spread into greased and floured 9x13 cake pan. Bake for 20-25 minutes or until edges are lightly browned. Cool completely. Sprinkle with powdered sugar, Cut into bars.
