Ingredients:  
1 peck tomatoes (8 qts)
1 qt small onions chopped
3 green peppers
1/2 T cloves
1/2 T mustard
2 sticks cinnamon
2 lbs brown sugar
1/4 cup salt
1 qt cider vinegar

Directions:
Directions:
1. Cook vegetables15 minutes then drain off half the juice.
2. Simmer 1 1/2 hours.
3. Add vinegar, salt, and pepper. Tie spices in a bag and add.
4. Cook 1 1/2 hours more.
5. Remove spices and can hot.
