Orange Cake:
1 pkg. yellow cake mix with pudding
1 c. orange juice
1/2 c. vegetable oil
1/4 c. granulated sugar
1 tsp. vanilla extract
4 large eggs

Glaze:
1 cup. confectioner's sugar, sifted
3 tbsp. orange juice
1 tsp. fresh grated orange zest from a medium orange

Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Grease and flour a bundt pan. Place the cake mix, orange juice, oil, sugar, vanilla and eggs in a large mixing bowl. Blend with an electric mixer on low for 1 min. Beat an additional 2 min. on medium. Pour into a bundt pan and bake for 45 minutes or until done. Leave on a wire rack for 20 minutes or more. Invert and allow to cool at least 30 minutes more. Combine confectioner's sugar, orange juice and fresh grated orange zest to create the glaze. Drizzle on cake.
