12 egg yolks
3 cups flour
1/2 cup water
2 tsp. salt
1 tsp. baking powder

Directions:
Directions:
Add salt and baking powder to the flour.
Beat the yolks until mixed
Add the water to the yolks
Stir and knead in the dry ingredients
Let rest 20 minutes
Use a pasta maker
or
roll out dough as thin as possible, let sit 5 minutes, roll up like a log, slice as thin as possible, unroll and place on clean towel or sheet to dry.
Use right away or freeze until ready to use.

after thoroughly drying the noodles you do not have to freeze. I just keep mine in a zip lock bag in the cabinet.

I also hang mine on a wooden clothes dryer before I cut them in the pasta machine.
