1 1/4 c. milk
2 tsp. vanilla
4 eggs, beaten
1/3 c. sugar
1/8 tsp. salt
1/8 tsp. nutmeg
2 T. brown sugar (can leave out if you don't have it)

Directions:
Directions:
In a glass container at least 4 c. large combine milk and vanilla. Microwave on high for 2 min. or until hot, but not boiling.
In Medium bowl, beat eggs, sugar and salt until frothy. Slowly add milk to egg mixture, stirring until well blended.
Pour into 5-6 oz custard cups or ramekin. Place 1 in. apart in microwave. Microwave 6-8 min. until set. Center should tremble. Do not overcook.
Sprinkle with brown sugar and/or nutmeg.
