1 tbsp. ginger
2 tbsp. salt
1 cup bread crumbs
2 cups of flour
1/2 cup corn flour
1 tbsp. pepper
1 tsp. galic powder
1tbsp mustard powder
1tsp.ground thyme,basil,oregano
1tsp. onion powder
1tbsp. ground sage
4tbsp paprika
1 cut-up chicken
egg-wash

Directions:

Cut chicken into pieces or buy already done. Mix all dry ingredients together. Mix the chicken with the eggwash until well coated.Drain off excess wash, then roll each peice 7 times in seasoning mixture.Place the chicken pieces in a greased pan in the oven.Pre-heat to 350F. Bake the chicken approx. 45 mins.
