1 (3 ounce) package raspberry flavored gelatin
3/4 cup boiling water
1 (8 ounce) can crushed pineapple, drained
1 (16 ounce) can whole berry cranberry sauce
1 Red Delicious apple, unpeeled and coarsely grated
1 tablespoon grated orange rind
1/8 teaspoon salt
1/8 teaspoon ground cinnamon
dash ground cloves
lettuce leaves
garnish: fresh cranberries and orange rind strips

Directions:
Directions:
Dissolve raspberry flavored gelatin in boiling water, and let cool. Stir in next 7 ingredients, and spoon into a lightly oiled 4 cup mold. Cover and chill until firm.

Unmold on lettuce leaves. Garnish if desired.
