1 (8 oz. pkg.) manicotti shells
2 C. ricotta cheese
1/4 C. grated Parmesan cheese
1/2 tsp. garlic powder
1/8 tsp. dried basil
2 eggs
1 small onion, chopped
1 pkg. (10 ozs.) frozen chopped spinach, thawed and drained
1 C. pasta sauce
2 C. shredded mozzarella cheese

Directions:
Preheat oven to 350. Cook manicotti shells according to package directions. Drain. Combine remaining ingredients, except sauce and manicotti shells and 1 cup mozzarella. Fill manicotti with spinach mixture and arrange in a greased 13x9 pan. Pour sauce over manicotti. Sprinkle with reserved mozzarella. Cover and bake until hot and bubbly, about 25 minutes. Serves 4.
