(I usually double this)
1 c. flour
1/2 t. salt
1/4 t. baking powder
1 egg
2 T. oil
2 1/2 T. "milk"

Directions:
Directions:
Make a well in dry ingredients. Add other ingredients. Mix with fork or fingers til moistened. This is a very stiff dough. Roll out thinly on a flour surface. Flour top of rolled dough. Roll up as you would roll up cinnamon roll dough. Slice thinly from one end of roll to the other. Separate noodles and toss on surface with flour. Spread out on surface and let dry for at least 30 minutes. Cook in boiling broth of your choice or store in freezer bags for later.

This recipe came from Mark's mom, Pat Simmons. She made these noodles for every Thanksgiving feast and we carry on the tradition.
