Ingredients:
1 package corn tortillas
paprika, garlic salt, onion powder, cumin, and any other spices that you like on tortilla chips

Directions:
Preheat oven to 400º
Divide the stack of corn tortillas into three piles. Using a pizza cutter, cut each stack into quarters. That should make a perfect chip size. Cover the chips with any spices that you want. Cumin, paprika, and garlic are a good combination for spicy. You may also want to make cinnamon and sugar chips. Space the chips 1/4" apart on a cookie sheet. Bake 6-10 minutes. Let cool completely before storing as they may get soft if there is any moisture in the storage bag.

Personal Notes:
We like to use these for scooping salsa! They also work well for haystacks or other Mexican dishes using tortilla chips.
