1/2 cup Packed brown sugar
1/2 cup Creamy peanut butter
1/4 cup Maple Syrup
1/4 cup Melted butter
1 tsp Vanilla
1 1/2 cup Quick cooking oats
1/4 cup Sunflower kernels
1/4 cup Cran-Raisins
1/2 cup Dark Chocolate chips
1 Tbsp Sesame Seeds
3 Tbsp Wheat germ, toasted

Directions:

In a medium bowl, combine brown sugar, peanut butter, maple syrup, butter and vanilla. Stir in oats , sunflower kernels, cran raisins, wheat germ and sesame seeds, Fold in chocolate chips. Press mixture into an 8 in square baking pan that has been coated with non stick cooking spray. Bake at 350º for 15 - 20 minutes or until set and edges are browned. Cool completely. Set in refrigerator for a few hours. Cut into bars and store in an air tight container.
