2 c. flour
2 c. sugar
2 eggs
2 tsp. soda
1 tsp. salt
Mix the above with mixer.
2 cans mandarin oranges
Add nuts (optional) and mix.
Frosting: 2 Tbsp. butter 2 tsp. vanilla
1 3/4 c. powdered sugar 1- 3oz. Phil. cream
cheese

Mix ingredients and use juice from 1 can of oranges and drain the other.
Use a large jelly roll pan or cookie sheet - greased.
Bake at 350º for 15-20 minutes.
