8 Oranges and 6 Grapefruits (red ruby)
4 pkg Gelatin
1 cup Sugar
1/2 cup of white Wine (barefoot pinot grigio)
1/2 cup of red Wine (barefoot Shiraz)
2 cups of citrus juice (from the fruit+ pressed)
1tsp vanilla

Directions:
Directions:
Peel and section the fruit into a bowl, squeezing out all the juice.
Pour 3/4 cup juice, sugar and wine into a saucepan and heat gently.
Use rest of juice to soften the gelatine for one minute.
Add gelatine to juice and wine mixture and boil
gently for 2 minutes until sugar and gelatine are
dissolved.
Cool completely !!!
Line a one liter terrine or any dish
with plastic wrap if you like to turn it over.
Arrange the fruit decorative in the dish and pour
the cooled slightly thickened citrus sauce over it.
Cover terrine with plastic wrap and chill for at
least 4 hours up to 2 days.
Garnish with fresh mint or chocolate shavings.

It is a Summer dish, but refreshing and good after the Christmas
Dinner. Buy 10 fruits of each to make sure there
