3 cups cooked rice
2-oz. jar pimiento
4-oz. can of mushrooms (bits and pieces)
1/2 cup blanched almonds
1 1/2 cups cooked chicken
1/2 sliced celery
1 1/2 cups chicken broth
salt and pepper
1 1/2 tbsp flour

Directions:
Directions:
Heat oven to 350º. Saute mushrooms and almonds in butter. Blend broth, salt, pepper and flour; set aside. Combine all other ingredients in a large bowl. Add broth mixture and stir. Spoon into a large, greased casserole. Bake for 1 hour.
