1 1/2 cup chocolate wafer crumbs
1/4 cup melted butter
25 large marshmallows
2/3 cup half & half
1 cup whipping cream (whipped)
3-4 tbsp creme de menthe
3-4 tbsp creme de cacao
green food coloring (optional)

Directions:
Directions:
Combine wafer crumbs and butter. Press on bottom and up sides of large pie plate. Save a few crumbs for garnish. Cover and store in freezer while preparing filling.

In oven-safe bowl, combine the marshmallows and half & half. Place in 200º oven and cook until marshmallows are completely melted, stirring occasionally.

When melted, remove from oven and let mixture cool completely. After cooled, fold in whipped cream and liquor. Add additional green food coloring, if desired. Spoon mixture into chilled crust. Garnish top with reserved crumbs.

Cover and freeze until solid (approx. 2 hours)
