1 3/4 cups flour
2 cups sugar
3/4 cup cocoa
1 1/2 tsp baking powder
1 1/2 tsp baking soda
2 eggs
1 cup milk
1/2 cup oil
2 tsp vanilla
1 cup boiling water
Directions:
Directions:
Grease and flour two 8" round cake pans

Combine flour, sugar, cocoa, baking powder and soda. Add the eggs, milk, oil and vanilla and beat with an electric mixer for about 2 min. Pour in boiling water and mix until just combined.

Pour batter into cake pans and bake at 350º for 30 - 35 min. until toothpick inserted in middle comes out clean.

Turn cakes out onto racks and cool completely.

Frost with Chocolate Buttercream Frosting.
