6 - 8 boneless chicken breasts
carrots
cauliflower
1/4 cup Black Bean Sauce
1/2 cup Oyster Sauce
4 tsp sugar
1/4 cup lemon juice
2 cups broth or water (I add powdered chicken broth)

1 cup water mixed with 1/4 cup corn starch


Directions:
Directions:
Stir fry chicken. Remove from pan and stir fry vegetables. Add chicken back in and pour in sauce mixture. Stir together and then add water with the corn starch. Stir periodically until thickened.

Boil steam fried noodles. Serve stir fry over noodles.
