"As viscous as motor oil swirled in a swamp, redolent of burnt bell peppers nested in by incontinent mice and a finish reminiscent of the dregs of a stale can of Coca-Cola that someone has been using as an ashtray. Not a bad drink, though."--Excerpt from "The Moose Turd Wine Tasting" by T. A. Nonymous

Directions:
In a glass bowl, combine the onions, 2 tbsps chilies and 1 tbsp butter. Microwave on high for 1 min. Add taco sauce, 1/4 cup sour cream and chili powder. Stir in turkey and 1/2 cup cheese. Divide the mixture among tortillas; place seam side down in a 13x9x2 inch baking dish

Melt the remaining 2 tbsps margarine over med heat until melted. Blend in flour then slowly add broth stirring constantly until thickened. Stir in remaining 3/4 cup sour cream and remaining chilies. Pour over enchiladas.

Bake in 325º oven for 40 - 45 min. Sprinkle remaining 1 1/2 cups cheese over top and return to oven until cheese is melted.

Personal Notes:
If you like you can grease the dish. This will make the bottom of the tortillas crispy. I usually don't do this.
