2 cans black beans (Progresso)- drained & rinsed

2 (smaller) cans shoepeg corn- drained

8 oz block feta (Atheno) - chopped

1 cup green onion chopped (both white and green parts)

¾ cup apple cider vinegar

½ cup vegetable oil

½ cup sugar

Salt, pepper, garlic salt to taste

Best if made the night before or several hours before, it must have time to get cold and "marinate"
