3 beaten eggs
2 cups sugar
1 cup oil
1 tbsp vanilla
2 cups chopped zucchini and 1/2 cup water blended
3 cups flour
1 tbsp cinnamon
1 tsp salt
1 tsp baking soda
1/4 tsp baking powder

Directions:

Mix everything and pour in 3 greased medium size loaf pans. Bake at 350 1 hour.
