11-12 oz chive
1/2 tsp crack black pepper
1/4 tsp dry thyme seeds
1/4 tsp paprika
1/8 tsp rosemary
1/8 tsp cayenne
1/4 cup plain bread crumbs
2 Tblsp olive oil

Directions:
Directions:
Evenly crumble cheese into a shallow dish. Cover and refrigerate until ready to serve. With mortar and pestle, crush pepper with thyme, fennel salt, paprika, rosemary, and red pepper. Toss herb mix with bread crumbs and oil store airtight until ready to use. Preheat broiler, sprinkle crumb mix over goat cheese with rack 5-7 inches from top broil for 2-3 minutes until lightly brown. Garnish with thyme.
