1 small bag pecans sautéed in butter
cream cheese, 1/2 block
sour cream, 24 oz
2 lb shrimp, roughly chopped
1 lb bake crab, flake it
onion, chopped, sauteed in butter
1 tsp garlic powder
2-3 tsp cumin
1 tsp salt
1/2 tsp pepper
6 oz Mexican cheese (queso)
Sauce:
2 lbs tomatillos
1/2 a jalapeño
pinch of sugar
bunch of cilantro
1/2 tsp garlic powder
salt and pepper to taste

Directions:

Mixx ingredients.
Sauce:
boil tomatillos, jalapeño and pinch of sugar. Put in blender, take off stems after boiling. Add a bunch of cilantro. Add 1/2 tsp garlic powder. Salt and pepper to taste. Put in blender and mix. Add sour cream if necessary!
Mix together, roll in tortillas. Top with sauce and shredded cheese. Bake at 350 until done, 30 minutes.
