1/2 cup sugar
1/2 -1 cup raisins
2 cups milk
1/2 teaspoon vanilla
1/4 teaspoon salt
2 cups hot cooked rice
Ground Nutmeg

Directions:
Directions:
Heat oven to 325 degrees.
Beat eggs in ungreased lt/z-quart casserole.
Stir in sugar, raisins. milk, vanilla, salt and hot rice. Sprinkle with nutmeg.
Bake uncovered 50 to 60 minutes, stirring occa- sionally, until knife inserted halfway berween cen- ter and edge comes out clean.
Serve warm or cold and, if desired, with cream. Relrigerate any remaining pudding.
