2 fryers cut in serving size pieces
salt and pepper
3/4 c flour
1/2 c vegetable oil
2 c light cream

Directions:
Directions:
Put flour, salt and pepper in bag. Shake chicken pieces with flour mixture. Save extra flour. Heat oil in frying pan. Put in chicken, skin side down. Cook about 6-8 minutes. Turn and cook until done. Pour off all but 1 T oil. Add 1 T flour. Stir until well blended. Stir in cream. Bring to a boil, stir constantly until thick. Put in gravy boat.
