1 box cherry or strawberry cake mix
1 8 oz brick cream cheese, softened
1/2 stick butter, softened
1/2 cup coconut
1 tsp vanilla
Directions:
Directions:
Stir all ingredients together with a big spoon. Shape into small balls, may roll into red sugar if desired. Place on cookie sheet and flatten slightly. Bake at 350 degrees for 8-10 minutes, or until light and crackly on top. Let cool on cookie sheet.
