1 can (4 oz) chopped green chilies
¼ c half and half or evaporated (canned) milk
1 T dry onion flakes
½ tsp salt
1 Jalapeño pepper, finely chipped
2 tsp cumin (optional)

Combine all ingredients in a double-boiler. Cook over medium-low heat until cheese melts. Stir until smooth.
