1 large can salmon, drained and flaked
4 eggs
2 T cream
1/2 c bread crumbs
salt, pepper
2 T cold water
cracker crumbs for coating
butter
white sauce
Directions:
Directions:
Combine salmon, 2 slightly beaten eggs, cream, bread crumbs, salt, and pepper. Mix and shape into flat cakes. Slightly beat remaining 2 eggs. Dip cakes in egg, then in cracker crumbs. Saute in butter. Serve with white sauce.
