2 cans sliced apples, packed in water
2 sticks margarine
1 1/2 c. sugar
1 lb. Velveeta cheese, shredded
1 1/2 c. self-rising flour
Cinnamon (opt.)

Directions:
Directions:
Cream sugar and margarine, add cheese and flour. Drain apples and spread evenly in a 9x13 in. casserole dish. Spread cheese mixture on top. Sprinkle lightly with cinnamon, if desired. Bake uncovered at 350º for 30 minutes or until brown.
