Ingredients:

1 (8 oz.) package of cream cheese (softened)
1 can of Mexi-corn, drained
1 small can of diced green chilies
1 or 2 jalapeņos-diced (can leave seeds or remove) to taste
1 medium green pepper, chopped
1 small onion, chopped
Cumin
Black Pepper
Chili Powder
Cayenne Pepper Seasoning (optional)
All seasonings are to taste
Tortilla chips (store bought or home made)

Directions:

Mix together all ingredients starting with cream cheese.

To make home made Tortilla Chips- cut flour tortillas into bite size pieces and fry in hot oil till light brown and crispy. Drain on paper towels.

This dip never tastes the same when I make it, just season to taste & have fun with it. The dip is honestly good either warm or cold & tastes way better with home made tortilla chips (but what doesn't)?
