Ingredients:
Ingredients:
1 3oz box Wild Strawberry Jello (or just strawberry jello is fine too.)
1 3/4 cup sugar
6 Tbl corn starch
2 cups of water
dash of salt
2 lbs of strawberries cut in half (2 of the regular containers or 1 big one.)
6-8 oz of cream cheese softened
powdered sugar
2 baked pie shells

Directions:
Directions:
Mix the cream cheese and powdered sugar (i just dump some powdered sugar in until it tastes good) until smooth. Then spread it on the bottom of each pie shell (I spread it on pretty thick.)

Then put all the top ingredients (except strawberries)in a cooking pot and cook on medium to medium high heat until the mixture is dark dark red and quite thick. It might take a few minutes (like 10 or 15 mins??) This might be the tricky part because I just know how it looks, I never really know how long it takes. Turn off the heat and then stir the strawberries in. Then poor the mixture into the pie shells (just even amounts in each pie shell.) Refrigerate the pies until they are firm. Then enjoy!
