1 (8 oz.) package cream cheese, softened
1 carton (8 oz.) spreadable chive and onion cream cheese
2 c. (8 oz.) shredded sharp cheddar cheese
2 tsp. paprika
1/2 tsp. cayenne pepper
1 celery rib or broccoli stalk
sliced apples and assorted crackers

Directions:
Directions:
In a small bowl, beat cream cheeses until smooth, stir in cheddar cheese, paprika and cayenne. Shape into a ball; wrap in plastic wrap. Refrigerate for 4 hours or until firm.

If you are decorating the cheese ball to resemble a pumpkin, with a knife add vertical lines to the cheese ball and insert celery stalk or broccoli for the stem. Serve with apple slices and or assorted crackers.

Personal Notes:
Personal Notes:
For the holidays I make 2 balls (one larger than the other) and when firm stack the smaller one on top of the larger one and decorate to resemble a snowman. I use raisins for the eyes, pimentos for the mouth a triangle shaped piece of carrot for the nose, black olives for the buttons, a thin slice of red licorice for a scarf and pretzel sticks for the arms. So cute ... use your imagination to embellish to your liking.
