1 c. luke warm sour cream
3 T sugar
1/8 tsp baking soda
1 tsp salt
1 pkg yeast
1 egg
2 T butter, softened
3 c. sifted flour
Topping: 1/6 c. brown sugar + 1/2 tsp cinnamon
Frosting: mixture of powdered sugar, warm milk and ??

Directions:
Stir sour cream, sugar, salt and soda. Add yeast and stir to dissolve. Add egg, softened butter and flour and mix. Remove dough from the bowl and knead until smooth. Divide dough in half. Roll one half to 12" x 8". Spread melted butter on half of each half. Sprinkle topping on each half. Layer and cut into 12 strips. Give each strip a full twist. Place on greased cookie sheet. Cover and allow to raise for 1 hour.

Bake at 350º for 10-12 minutes. Remove to cooling racks and top with frosting.
