1 c. butter
grated lemon rind
1 T vanilla
1 c. powdered sugar
1 c. ground nuts
3 egg yolks
2 c. bread flour
Frosting: lemon juice + powder sugar
Directions:
Directions:
Cream butter, lemon rind and vanilla. Work in sugar and nuts. Add egg yolks and flour.

Chill dough.

Roll dough paper thin and cut into stars.

Bake at 350º on an greased cookie sheet for 8 minutes. Frost with a mixture of lemon juice and powdered sugar.
