1 small beef roast (3-4 lb)
1 small pork roast (3-4 lb)
salt and pepper to taste
noodles to serve with

Directions:
Directions:
Place both roasts in roasting pan or dutch oven. Bake at 350º 2-3 hours or until tender, making sure pork roast is cooked through. Make gravy and serve with cooked noodles.
