For 1 - 9 inch Pie Shell:
1 C. + 2 Tbs. Flour
1/4 tsp Salt
1/3 C. Oil
2 Tbs. Water (add more if needed)

For 2 - 9 inch Pie Shells:
1 3/4 C. Flour
1/2 tsp Salt
1/2 C. Oil
4 Tbs Water (add more if needed)

Directions:
Directions:
Measure flour and salt, blend in the oil with a fork. Sprinkle water over the mixture and mix well. Press dough into a ball and roll crust, with a rolling pin, between 2 pieces of wax paper.

Fill with pie filling of your choice.

If your recipe calls for a cooked pie shell bake at 400º for 12-15 minutes for one pie shell and 35-40 minutes for 2 pie shells.
