Deer roast (or beef roast for you squimish folks)
Beef broth or onion soup broth
Yellow and red peppers (green if desired) and some onions
Provolone or Pepperjack cheese
Hard rolls

Directions:
Directions:
You can cook your roast in the oven or on a grill. Once it's cooked, put it in an aluminum pan or a crock pot. Drown it with beef broth or onion soup broth. Let it simmer for an hour or so. Thinly slice yellow and red peppers and onions. For you purest out there, you can use green peppers. When the meat is all done, scoop a bunch on your roll, cover with the sliced peppers and onions, then with provolone or pepperjack cheese. You can also cook the ingredients in a crock pot all day.
