1 teaspoon salt
1/2 teaspoon black pepper
1/4 teaspoon basil
1/4 rosemary
2 tablespoons canola oil
vinegar
1 flank steak - 1 3/4 pounds

Directions:
Directions:
Combine oil, vinegar and seasonings in shallow glass pan. Brush both sides of steak with marinade. Let stand in mixture 2 hours. Broil 3 inches from heat for 5 minutes. Turn, brush with remaining marinade and broil another 4 minutes. Slice steak diagonally across grain, as thin as possible. Spoon pan juices over meat.
