1 small bag (12 ounces) frozen strawberries
4 2/3 cups Bisquick
1 1/3 cup milk
1/3 cup sugar
1/3 cup melted butter
1 cup powdered sugar
2 cups heavy whipping cream
2 jars strawberry jam (18 ounces. each)

Directions:
Directions:
Preheat oven to 450. Combine Bisquick, butter, milk, and sugar, until a soft dough forms. Spread onto a lightly greased glass 9 x 13 baking dish. Bake 12-15 minutes or until golden brown. Split top off with a spatula and place in a clean bowl. Spread lower half with jam. Sprinkle with strawberries. Crumble top layer over the strawberries. Place powdered sugar and cream in a blender and mix until whipped cream forms. Spread over the top and serve immediately.
