2-3 Bosc pears - sliced into 1/4" or less slices
Fresh lemon juice
Slice Camembert cheese into 1/4" slices
Fresh mint

Slice Camembert cheese into 1/4" slices. Let it sit (covered with wax paper) so cheese softens. Slice pears into 1/4" or smaller slices. Rub with lemon juice,
Please cheese on top of pears. Top off with 2-3 sprigs of mint.
