1 tsp. each--dried basil, cumin and dried oregano
salt and pepper to taste
3 c. canned crushed tomatoes
2 lbs. lean ground beef
1 TBS. chopped garlic
2 c. chopped onion
2 c. chopped green pepper
2 TBS. vegetable oil
1 1lb. box macaroni
2-3 c. grated cheese

Directions:
Directions:
Cook the macaroni. Drain and set aside. Heat oil in skillet, add the peppers, onions, and garlic--saute till soft. Add ground beef and cook till done. Add tomatoes, salt and pepper to taste and other seasonings. In large bowl combine macaroni and beef mixture. Spread in 9 X 13 dish. Top with cheese. Bake 20-25 minutes at 350º.
