1 pkg. frozen, chopped spinach
1 16 oz. sour cream
1 c. mayo
1 pkg. (Knorr) dry vegetable soup mix
1 pkg. (8 oz. shredded cheddar cheese
1/2 can chopped fine water chestnuts
1 tsp. diced onion

Directions:
Directions:
Cook spinach as directed. Drain on paper towels. Combine with other ingredients. Refrigerate overnight. Cut out the inside of a round loaf of bread. Slice into cubes. Also add a small sliced loaf of French bread (a baguette.) Arrange slices around the loaf that is now filled with the spinach dip. Decorate with cherry tomatoes and sprigs of parsley.
