1 3 lb. beef chuck roast
1 1/2 c. ketchup
1/4 c. packed brown sugar
2 TBS. worcestershire
1/4 c. barbecue sauce
1 tsp. liquid smoke
1/2 tsp. salt
1/4 tsp. garlic powder
1/4 tsp. pepper
2 TBS. dijon mustard

Directions:
Directions:
Cut roast in half and place in a slow cooker. In a small bowl combine ketchup, brown sugar, barbecue sauce, worcestershire, mustard, liquid smoke and seasonings. Pour over beef.
Cover and cook for 8-10 hours or until tender. Remove meat; cool slightly. Skim fat from cooking liquid. Shred beef with two forks; return to slow cooker. Cover and cook for 15 minutes or until heated through.
