3 oz unsweetened chocolate, melted and cooled
½ cup butter, softened
1 lb box 10x powdered sugar
6-8 tbsp milk
1 tsp vanilla

Directions:
Directions:
Melt chocolate in top of the double boiler or microwave. Cool. Sift sugar and add butter, vanilla and 2 tbsp milk. Beat with electric mixer and add more milk as needed to make fluffy frosting. Makes enough frosting for filling, top and sides of a 2 to 3 layer cake.
