3 TBS. vegetable oil
1 c. flour
cube steaks
1 lg. onion
2 c. beef broth
2 TBS. worcestershire sauce

Directions:
Directions:
Preheat oven to 350º. Heat oil. Dredge steaks in flour. Brown steaks. Place layer of sliced onions then meat in a 9 X 13 pan. Pour in beef broth and worcestershire. Cover and bake for 2 hours. Remove steak and onions. Pour the juices in a saucepan and add 2 TBS. flour. Bring to a boil over medium heat and cook till thickened.
