Base: 1 pkg. dark chocolate cake mix.
1/2 c. soft margarine
1 egg.

Filling: 1 envelope unflavored gelatin
1/4 c. boiling water
1 tsp. instant coffee
4 c. powdered sugar
1/4 c. unsweetened cocoa
1 c. margarine (melted)
2 tsp. orange extract

Topping:
1 c. semisweet chocolate chips
1/4 c. margarine
1 tsp. grated orange peel (or a few drops of extract)

Grease 13x9 pan. Preheat oven to 350º
In large bowl, combine all base ingredients until crumbly. Press evenly in prepared pan. Bake10-12 minutes. Cool completely.
In large bowl dissolve gelatin in boiling water. Stir in instant coffee. Add remaining filling ingredients. Blend well. Use electric mixer to make it smooth. Spread evenly over cooled crust. Refrigerate until set, about 30 minutes.
In small bowl combine chocolate chips and margarine. Microwave on low until chocolate is melted. Stir frequently. Stir in orange peel or extract. Carefully spread topping over filling. Refrigerate until firm. Cut into squares or bars.
