1 lb. ground beef
1 box Rice-A-Roni beef flavored
1 egg

Mix beef and egg together well. Add rice-vermicelli part of the rice-a-roni. Mix well and shape into
1 1/2 to 2 inch meatballs. Put in a skillet and brown; turn a few times and brown on the outside (a few minutes per side). Mix seasoning packet with 3 cups of hot water; pour over meatballs. Lower heat to a simmer; cover and cook for about 30 minutes, turning meatballs once halfway through cooking. You can thicken the liquid to make a gravy.
