2 (3.4 oz.) Lemon flavor instant pudding
2 c. cold milk
1 TBS. lemon juice
1 graham cracker crust
1 (8 oz.) cool whip, thawed

Directions:
Directions:
Beat pudding mixes, milk and juice with whisk for 2 minutes. Mixture will be thick. Spread 1 1/2 c. onto bottom of crust. Whisk 1/2 of the cool whip into the remaining pudding mixture; spread over pudding layer in the crust. Top with remaining cool whip. Refrigerate 3 hours or until set.
